We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator (m/f/div) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the scientific leadership in managing various projects.
- Oversee project management tasks, including tracking milestones, deliverables, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of project activities, reports, and protocols.
- Handle budget inquiries and prepare financial reports.
- Independently coordinate scheduling and organization of site visits, scientific workshops, technical meetings, and colloquia, while actively contributing to the execution of these scientific events.
- Represent the institute at various events and act as a liaison for partners across Bavaria, including major projects and research professorships.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience in project management is advantageous.
- Proficient in German and possess business-fluent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Moderation skills and a proven ability to network, with a willingness to travel.
- A proactive, meticulous, and solution-oriented work ethic.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with project management software and LaTeX is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills, confident presentation abilities, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit.
