- Aufbau und Implementierung eines effizienten Sales-Konzepts sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Vertriebsprozesse.
- Identifizierung von Kundenbedürfnissen und Beratung zu maßgeschneiderten IT-Consulting-Lösungen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit einem kleinen, dynamischen Team, um neue Geschäftsfelder zu erschließen und die Unternehmensvision zu realisieren.
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Sales-Prozess - von der Akquise bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Sales, idealerweise mit starkem Fokus auf Business Development.
- Technischer Hintergrund oder fundiertes Verständnis für IT-Lösungen und Consulting-Services.
- Erste Erfahrungen im Aufbau von Sales-Prozessen sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Zielstrebigkeit.
- Freude an der Neukundengewinnung, Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
