Aufgaben
Der Bereich Product-Proposition und Commercial-Operations-Management:
- Zentraler Bereich verantwortlich für die Produkte (Propositions) im Raum D / A / CH – Lizenzen und Technik
- Schnittstelle zu Technik, Technical Operations, Vertrieb, Marketing und Controlling
Die Positionsbeschreibung:
- Management von Product-Propositions
- Entwicklung und Management der Strategie unserer Propositions: Marktumfeld- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Definition von Propositions, Business Case Erstellung und Präsentation, etc.
- Implementierung: Anforderungsdefinition und -management, Scoping, Projekt-Management der Entwicklungs-Projekte
- Management und Operations bestehender Propositions
- Project Management
- Leitung / Management von Projekten in der D/A/CH Region
- Dokumentation von Projekten, Ausarbeitung von Service Agreements, etc.
- Commercial-Operations-Management
- Apps: Definition und Optimierung der Customer journey / Customer experience, Kuratierung
- Customer Base Management
- Konfiguration und Pflege unserer Backend-Systeme (CAS – SMS – DWH)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner, wenn es um unsere Produkte / Leistungen geht, sorgst dafür, dass diese zielgruppengerecht sind und unsere Marktführerschaft im TV-Content-Bereich ausbauen
- Du arbeitest direkt mit an unserer Geschäftsstrategie und hast den kommerziellen Teil unserer Produkte immer mit im Blick
- Im Tagesgeschäft managst du unser Portfolio aus TV-Sendern und -Inhalten und sorgst damit für grenzenlosen TV-Genuss bei unseren Kunden
- Du unterstützt Vertrieb / Key Account Management bei der Betreuung und Gewinnung von Kunden
- Du entwickelst Konzepte / Angebote, mit denen unsere Kunden am Markt überzeugen können
- Du managst Projekte und Partner / Dienstleister
- Das Design, die Entwicklung und Optimierung unserer innovativen Unterhaltungs-Produkte zählt zu deinen Kernaufgaben
Profil
- mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Medien, TelCo oder IT von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Starke analytische Fähigkeit, strukturiertes Denken
- Führung im Rahmen von Projekten (international)
- Hands-on Mentalität und pragmatische Herangehensweise an Themen
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend
