About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager Data & Audiences to join our team at RTL AdAlliance GmbH. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing products that drive effective and innovative solutions for our advertisers and help increase the impact and efficiency of their advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining the product strategy for our product line, focusing on data and audiences.
- Develop new products following the defined strategy, ensuring they meet the needs of our advertisers and publishers.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Manage products through their lifecycle, from development to launch and beyond.
- Optimize the revenues generated by our products, ensuring they meet our business goals.
- Evangelize and consult on our product range, providing expertise and guidance to our stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree in a relevant field, such as media, business, or a related field.
- More than 4 years of work experience in digital advertising environments.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment with cross-department teamwork.
- Ideal candidate will have knowledge, experience, and a proven track record in product development around video formats, data & audience solutions, programmatic advertising, reseller propositions, KPI optimization, ad verification, and transaction models.
- Willingness to travel abroad at least once a month.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
