Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap that aligns with our customers' goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features that meet customer needs
  • Identify industry trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions
  • Promote our product and build relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth and customer success
  • Contribute to the scalability and optimization of our product through documentation and process improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, e-commerce, customer success, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in e-commerce or omnichannel environments
  • Experience working with large, strategic global accounts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into value propositions
