**Ihre täglichen Aufgaben**:

- Sicherstellung der Versendung der Abholinformationen sowie Koordination für reibungsfreie Abläufe
- Sicherstellung der Ablage der kompletten Kundenvorgänge
- Kundenbeziehung aufbauen, mit dem Ziel eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit zu schaffen
- Pflege von Kundenkontakten, telefonisch und auch verbunden mit Kundenbesuchen
- Prüfung der im CS-Bereich anfallenden Rechnungen auf sachliche Richtigkeit, sowie deren Freigabe
- Führen von Statistiken, z.B. Palettenmenge, Umsatz
- Erstellen der Umsatz-Vorschau (mid-term-forecast incoming goods) sowie Volumen-Planung in Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Produktion und Validierung
- CS-Mitarbeiter mittels Schulungen über die Einführung oder Änderung von QA-Arbeitseinweisungen und -Methoden informieren
- Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Schadenersatzforderungen der Kunden
- Team-Organisation und -Management (Urlaubsplanung, Überstunden etc.

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium der BWL
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Customer Service oder ähnlichem Arbeitsbereich
- Gute Kenntnisse des QA-Handbuchs
- Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen PC-Programme: MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches und genaues Arbeiten
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
