  Deine Aufgaben

  • Forschung, Datenanalyse, Konzeptentwicklung und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung im Bereich des globalen Talentmanagements, z.B. zu den Themen Nachfolgeplanung und Talentbewertung
  • Konzeption, Entwicklung und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Schulungen, Richtlinien und unterstützenden Materialien für Mitarbeiter, die HR-Community und Führungskräfte
  • Verwaltung der internen digitalen Plattformen, einschließlich Sharepoint
  • Sei Teil des Teams und habe Spaß Dein Profil
    • Fortgeschrittenes Studium in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder ähnlichem
    • Ordnungsgemäße Immatrikulation während des gesamten Praktikums oder Gap Year
    • Erste Praxiserfahrung (inkl. Praktika) in relevanten Unternehmen
    • Analytische Stärke, hohe Motivation und hohe Lernfähigkeit
    • Genauigkeit und Präzision
    • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, mit Stakeholdern auf hohen Hierarchieebenen zu interagieren
    • Sehr gute Beherrschung der englischen Sprache (schriftlich und mündlich)
