**Your Tasks**:
**The Role**

Working in a multifunctional team, agency partners and regions your role will be integral in the delivery of the PR activities for NIVEA globally.

In this role, you will guide & define the strategic approach to PR and platform partnerships in line with brand and marketing objectives.

You will develop capabilities for PR as a centre of expertise, defining the new function and its operating model, how to work with brand, categories, regions, and local markets. You will provide global PR strategy management guidance to all markets in form of toolkits and playbooks.

This role also drives all aspects of NIVEA's global PR approach. Strategies, initiative launches, toolbox assets as well as the development of strategic partnerships.

You will be looking for opportunities to maximise NIVEAs reach and reputation across
Earned Media platforms '“ delivering high impact PR marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide & define the strategic approach to PR in line with brand and marketing objectives.
- Define the roles of internal vs external resources and agencies/ tools needed to succeed and onboard necessary tools/agencies to accelerate this space.
- Build knowledge, educate, and define the measurement framework for the PR led marketing and their role in the marketing mix.
- Ownership & Distribution of Earned Media Best Practices
- Earned Media Budget Management
- Best In Class Event Strategy & Guidance
- Global Point of Contact for PR Agency & regional market needs
- Identify, build, and develop exceptional relationships with key media figures.
- Identify relevant topics within NIVEA, craft narratives and build packages that can be activated globally or by countries.
- Execute global PR activities

**Your Profile**:

- 10+ years of PR experience either industry or agency side
- Ability to create unique concepts to cut through the clutter and engage with different global media outlets.
- Digitally Savvy with clear understanding of the digital publishers’ trends, space and customers trends
- Existing relationships with media houses and platforms.
- You have a strong understanding of the digital media landscape
- Startup mindset, leader by nature, eager to define the undefined
- Resourceful, able to find solutions in context of constraints.
