**Your Tasks**:
Join NIVEA as the Global Head of Consumer Experience Strategy, driving best-in-class, data-driven consumer experiences across global campaigns and leading a team to deliver impactful activations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the NIVEA CX strategy for all global campaigns, ensuring a consumer-centric approach along the entire consumer journey and across diverse target groups and paid, owned & earned media touchpoints.
- Establish and maintain Consumer Experience standards for all campaigns, continuously evolving them to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
- Drive cross-campaign alignment to create a holistic NIVEA communication ecosystem.
- Lead and empower your team to deliver unique and compelling consumer experiences within global campaigns, meeting deadlines and targets consistently.
- Elevate NIVEA (including Precision Marketing) campaign activations to new heights, managing capabilities, processes, and innovative approaches to scale up successful pilots.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and execution, serving as a crucial link between various NIVEA teams.
- Inspire and mentor colleagues, cultivating broad Consumer Experience knowledge across teams and fostering strong relationships with global, local, internal, and external stakeholders.

**Your Profile**:

- University degree (Master or Bachelor) with at least eight years of relevant working experience (e.g., media agency, media department in an FMCG company, or a digital media vendor).
- Strategic thinker with a clear vision for driving consumer-centric experiences.
- Strong leadership skills to build and guide teams, aligning them around shared objectives and fostering excellence.
- Consumer-centric mindset, capable of understanding consumer needs and industry trends to implement effective solutions.
- Thrives on responsibility and goes the extra mile when needed.
- Effective networker and team player, skilled in finding mutual values for successful collaboration.
- International mindset with experience working abroad.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

We will fill this position on a fixed-term contract for one year. It is also possible to work part-time in this role.

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg. Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
