**Your Tasks**:

- Supporting the Global NIVEA Brand Communication & Operations Team in the creation and management of production and model contracts
- Support in maintaining, monitoring our global Rights Management Tool, as well as it’s further development
- Monitoring and clarification of usage rights for and with the Global HQ NIVEA Team, as well as regions and markets
- Management of international “Buyouts” and usage
- Contact, management and collaboration of external agencies and suppliers e.g., model agencies
- Cross-functional internal collaboration with Legal, MarCom and Comms.

**Your Profile**:

- Enrolled student in a full-time degree program
- Proactive mindset, motivated to learn, with a strong work ethic
- Process driven and solution-orientated
- The ability to work both independently and as a part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
