Forschung, Datenanalyse, Konzeptentwicklung und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung im Bereich des globalen Talentmanagements, z.B. zu den Themen Nachfolgeplanung und Talentbewertung
Konzeption, Entwicklung und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Schulungen, Richtlinien und unterstützenden Materialien für Mitarbeiter, die HR-Community und Führungskräfte
Verwaltung der internen digitalen Plattformen, einschließlich Sharepoint
Sei Teil des Teams und habe Spaß
Dein Profil
Fortgeschrittenes Studium in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder ähnlichem
Ordnungsgemäße Immatrikulation während des gesamten Praktikums oder Gap Year
Erste Praxiserfahrung (inkl. Praktika) in relevanten Unternehmen
Analytische Stärke, hohe Motivation und hohe Lernfähigkeit
Genauigkeit und Präzision
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, mit Stakeholdern auf hohen Hierarchieebenen zu interagieren
Sehr gute Beherrschung der englischen Sprache (schriftlich und mündlich)
