**Your Tasks**:
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the Talents of Tomorrow; developing and implementing talent management strategies and initiatives to develop and retain top talent across our global organization. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning and development programs to foster continuous growth and enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.

As the Global Head of Talent Management and Learning, you will collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams worldwide to ensure that our talent management and learning strategies align with our business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our talent management and learning functions and driving a high-performance culture throughout the organization.
- Develop and implement a global talent management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Establish effective talent development programs, including, succession planning, and career pathing initiatives.
- Steer the Global Development Review process, to identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
- Drive a systematic approach to succession management by surfacing gaps in our pipeline and defining appropriate solutions
- Design and deliver learning and development programs that address skill gaps, promote continuous learning, and enhance employee performance.
- Ensure the effective implementation and utilization of learning management systems and other learning technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management and learning programs through metrics and analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management, learning, and organizational development to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of learning and growth by providing opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Manage and develop a team of talent and learning professionals

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role in talent management, learning and development, or organizational development in a global context.
- Strong understanding of talent management practices and talent development.
- Experience in identification and succession planning of high potentials.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing effective learning and development programs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and other learning technologies.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working internationally.
- Perfect profile would combine Consultancy, FMCG or Blue Chip Company.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align talent management initiatives with organizational goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Proven Project Management skills and Change Management experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of talent management and learning programs.
- Written and spoken fluency in English and additional languages, preferably German.
