Responsibilities

Integrated into the application services department and under the supervision of the Implementations director, the overall responsibility is to support our outsourced clients as follows:

  • Leader in the region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), for all projects in scope, for the Payroll and Time implementations
  • Team manager of local consultants, as well as contractors where required
  • Ensure proper onboarding of new resources
  • Align with Project management of the different projects in the region to ensure timely and adequate delivery
  • Run lessons learnt sessions, to improve the implementations over time
  • Closely work with the delivery centers, working as one team
  • Cost control
  • Dual role: apart from leading the team, also individual contribution by taking the Payroll lead role in some of the active implementations
  • Customer facing, be able to lead a workshop and guide the customer for the best possible solution
  • Generate easy-to-maintain error free implementations and customizing respecting Alight best practices.     
  • Regularly report on status and progress
  • Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at an appropriate level.
  • Respect project timelines and ensure the proper delivery of assigned work package implementations

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in SAP HCM application implementation.
  • Be part of 5+ project rollouts.
  • Strong interest in delivering high quality support and implementation in the field of Human Resource.
  • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
  • Be committed to the customer the team and the project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
  • German, Austrian or Swiss payroll knowledge.
