Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will provide technical expertise and consulting for the implementation of Vistex products, including the Agribusiness suite. You will work closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the implementation of Vistex modules for large SAP projects, ensuring successful project delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing escalations, clarifying design issues, and managing scope control to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
- Coach and train a team of functional consultants, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops, develop comprehensive designs and process flows, and secure client approval on blueprints and project documentation.
- Continuously engage with new Vistex features and market trends, incorporating innovative solutions into project implementations to maintain cutting-edge expertise.
- Identify and present additional revenue opportunities within ongoing projects to the client partner/PM, driving project growth and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Gain a clear understanding of Vistex software functionality and map customer business requirements to the Vistex solution.
