YOUR FUTURE ROLE
SAP Concur is the world’s leading brand for integrated travel, expense, and invoice management.
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused team member in the role of a Solution Advisor (Senior) Specialist (f/m/d) to strengthen our Concur team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing customer’s support requirements and designing an appropriate support solution that addresses those requirements.
Your tasks include:
- Provide product and business advisory assistance to Concur Travel & Expense projects to facilitate closing sales. Identify specific areas of prospect need and demonstrate how Concur’s applications fill those needs.
- Deliver product demonstrations for Travel and Expense and other Concur offerings
- Participate with Sales Executives to identify strategic approach most likely to persuade prospect to buy
- Support existing Concur customers building up further roll-outs and usage of additional Concur services
- Build and maintain thorough knowledge of all Concur products, upgrades, upcoming revisions, functionality, etc.
- Interacts with sales, marketing, implementation and external customers
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent training experience
- Several years experience in software presales/solution advisory, consulting and/or sales
- Business knowledge: ability to interpret and utilize industry information on competitors
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of travel and related technologies
- Fluent language skills in English and German (mandatory)
- Experience in a field relating to Concur’s product lines and/or functional financial pre-sales functions (i.e. Online booking tools, ERP financials) is a plus
