Als Sales Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie eigenständig für die Leadrecherche, Kaltakquise und daraus resultierender Neukundengewinnung verantwortlich. Sie betreuen den gesamten Onboarding-Prozess und bauen langfristige Beziehungen zu Ihren Kunden auf und begeistern sie für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit. Präsentation der Marke corporate benefits und ihres Portfolios
Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Jahresgesprächen
Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung, alternativ abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Ausgeprägtes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
Gute Kenntnisse von MS Office und CRM-Systemen
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
