About the Role

The Account Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and profitability for Kids2 in the German-speaking market. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Account Management
    • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to increase sales and customer satisfaction
    • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention
  • Business Development
    • Research and identify new business opportunities to expand our customer base
    • Develop and execute business development plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 4-6 years of professional sales experience in the consumer product industry
  • Skills
    • Strong sales and account management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Education
    • High School Diploma equivalent required; Business Graduate preferred
  • Language
    • Native German speaker with fluency in English (written and spoken)
Work Environment

The Account Manager will work in a home office environment and will be required to travel to customer sites as needed.
