Head of Business Unit Medentika, Anthogyr und Neodent Implants (m/w/x) am Standort Freiburg im Breisgau.

Hauptaufgaben :

Operative Leitung der Verkaufsaktivitäten im deutschen Markt für die Brands Medentika, Anthogyr und Neodent Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung und Führung der Business Unit sowie aktives Mitglied der GeschäftsleitungVertrieb: 15 Mitarbeiter inkl. 2 Regional Sales ManagerMarketing: 3 Produktmanager, 2 Marketing Communication Manager, 1 Teamleitung Marketing Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien und Koordination der Aktivitäten mit den verantwortlichen Regional Sales Managern Gemeinsame Festlegung und Definition der Vertriebsziele (Produkt-, Preis-, Umsatz-und Absatzziele) für den Markt Deutschland mit der Geschäftsleitung Pflege und Entwicklung des Beziehungsnetzwerks innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereiches mit Meinungsbildnern und Schlüsselkunden Kontinuierliche Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen mit dem Ziel, neue Geschäftsoptionen zu identifizieren Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen- Kongressen sowie in der Fachpresse (Interviewpartner – Artikel) Regelmäßiger Informationsabgleich mit der Geschäftsleitung Bindeglied zwischen den einzelnen Business Units als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung Sicherstellung der Erreichung von Umsatz-/Absatz- sowie Kostenbudgets durch kontinuierliche Abweichungsanalyse und Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung Festlegung der vertriebs- und marketingrelevanten Schwerpunktmaßnahmen Erstellen von Marketingstrategien und Implementieren von Marketingkonzepten Weiterentwicklung / Coaching der Sales Mannschaft auf ein höheres Level Entwicklung einer mittel- und langfristigen Markt- und Mitbewerbsstrategie Konzeptionelle Mitarbeit bei der Installation und Umsetzung von neuen Strukturen, sowohl personeller, operativer als auch strategischer Art

Anforderungen:

abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder volkswirtschaftliches Studium  Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Med Tech Management Deutsch, Englisch (verhandlungs- und präsentationssicher) Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Mobilität hohe Reisebereitschaft mehrjährige Führungserfahrung Analytische, strategische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten Hohe kunden-, erfolgs- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Sales-Orientierung Unternehmerisches Denken
