**Key Responsibilities**:
1. SAP S/4HANA Implementation:

- Collaborating with project team bringing SAP S/4Hana experience to prepare the business and

support the planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP S/4HANA implementation for accounting
globally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in defining project objectives and deliverables.
- Learn and contribute to the integration of SAP S/4HANA into finance processes - SAP FI & CO.
- Act as one of the counterparties to the IT department to represent the business view for the implementation.

2. Lean Methodology
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and participate in streamlining efforts.
- Contribute to optimizing financial processes for increased efficiency.

3. Project skills
- Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Work with senior team members to coordinate project resources and track milestones.
- Support risk identification and the implementation of mitigation strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Proven experience with SAP S 4/HANNA (Finance & Accounting) - Key user experience is a plus
- Experience with OCR recognition is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a cross functional environment.
- Knowledge of Lean methodology and/or project management desired
- Quick comprehension and good analytical skills
- Fluent in English (German and others are a plus)
- You have very good communication skills.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance
