In unserer Unit E-Health bist du für eine neue digitale Gesundheitsanwendung (kurz: App auf Rezept) verantwortlich: ein Produkt mit Fokus auf digitale Therapiebegleitung, das in Form einer App dabei unterstützt, alle Phasen nach orthopädischen Verletzungen selbstwirksamer zu gestalten.

Du hast Lust, als **Head of Business & Customer Support **in der neuen Business Unit E-Health die Abteilung aufzubauen und zu entwickeln?

Das ist deine Rolle:

- Als Leitung des Business & Customer Supports stellst du einen reibungslosen Ablauf für die Health Care Professionals (HCPs) und Patienten sicher
- Hierzu zählen die Definition, das Monitoring und eine regelmäßige Berichterstattung relevanter Key Performance Indikatoren zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Effizienz sowie Gewährleistung einer hohen Service-Qualität
- Du bist für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung und Entwicklung deines Teams zuständig
- Bis dein Team vollständig aufgebaut ist, unterstützt du neben deinen strategischen Aufgaben aktiv in der operativen Umsetzung
- Du und dein Team werden eng mit dem Außendienst und weiteren relevanten Abteilungen zusammenarbeiten

Das sind deine Aufgaben:
Eine wesentliche Aufgabe des Business Supports wird die Unterstützung des Außendienstes sein:

- Unterstützung des Vertriebs durch proaktives Kundenbeziehungsmanagement
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei HCP-Anfragen als Schnittstelle zum Marketing
- Aktionstelefonie auf der Basis von Mailingkampagnen für Bestandskunden

Ein weiterer Aufgabenschwerpunkt wird der Customer Support darstellen
- Annahme und Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen von Patienten und HCPs
- Unterstützung der Patienten durch unseren Rezept-Service
- Monitoring und Reporting aller Supportanfragen von Patienten und HCPs
- Sicherstellung der Datenqualität in den CRM-Systemen

Das solltest du mitbringen:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Sales Service und/oder Customer Support
- Du möchtest gerne eine Position mit Führungsverantwortung übernehmen und/oder hast im besten Fall schon Erfahrung als Führungskraft gesammelt
- IT-Affinität, Begeisterung für innovative Produkte und digitale Anwendungen
- Hohe Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, Problemlösungskompetenz und Flexibilität
- Engagement und intrinsische Motivation
- Sicher und gewissenhaft im Umgang mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen
- Power BI- und Salesforce-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, v.a. Excel
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
