We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Business Unit Medentika, Anthogyr und Neodent as Head of Business Unit Medentika, Anthogyr und Neodent Implants. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategic plans, and leading a team of sales and marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational leadership of sales activities in the German market for the brands Medentika, Anthogyr und Neodent
- Focal point for the development of sales strategies and coordination of activities with Regional Sales Managers
- Joint definition and setting of sales targets (product, price, sales, and absorption targets) for the German market with the management team
- Promotion and development of the relationship network within the area of responsibility with opinion leaders and key customers
- Continuous market analysis and competition observation with the aim of identifying new business opportunities
- Representation of the company at trade fairs, congresses, and in the specialist press (interview partner, articles)
- Regular information exchange with the management team
- Interface between the individual business units as a member of the management team
- Ensuring the achievement of sales/absorption and cost budgets through continuous deviation analysis and implementation of measures to achieve targets
- Definition of sales and marketing focal points
- Development of marketing strategies and implementation of marketing concepts
- Further development/coaching of the sales team to a higher level
- Development of a medium- and long-term market and competition strategy
- Conceptual participation in the installation and implementation of new structures, both personnel, operational, and strategic
- Completed business or economics studies
- Several years of experience in MedTech management
- German, English (negotiation and presentation secure)
- High level of commitment, flexibility, and mobility
- High travel readiness
- Several years of leadership experience
