Work on real projects and tasks within our Customer Experience department of the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany
> > Starting from September 2024 or later - Minimum of 6 months (possible prolongation for up to 12 months).
The Requirements:
For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period . Furthermore you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with the Customer Experience area. We aim to offer our interns an extension of the time in order benefit from a broach and rich development experience.
Your Mission:
Contribute to B2B Customer Experience activities such as project and portfolio management, including gathering and coordinating information from departments, maintaining project management files and portals, preparing for monthly B2B CX portfolio meetings and regular CX committees.
Support B2B CX Deepdive activities by analysing research data, consolidating findings and reporting to the B2B CX Manager and the wider CX team.
Stay abreast of e-LCV and EV customer trends and providing creative input, ideas and new observations for customer experience strategy development and implementation.
Desk research and benchmarking in the areas of fleet & LCV customer experience, connectivity, charging management, mobility, digital trends and automotive in general.
Support the B2B CX Manager in the documentation and design of customer journeys and strategic guidelines for Kia EU divisions and markets.
Assist in organising and coordinating internal/external CX meetings, presentations, workshops and conferences.
Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks, best practices, market trends, competitor research, benchmarking and innovative initiatives.
Your Talents:
Bachelor or Master student in the field of in Business Management, Economics or Science Studies.
Team player who is curious, pro-active, reliable and has action-driven working approach.
Digitally-savvy as well as at ease with diverse online tools and platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills with an open approach to different nationalities and cultures.
Analytical (data driven) and detail-oriented.
Genuine interest in the areas of Automotive, Mobility, Electrification, Digital Customer Experience and Technology.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially excellence in Excel and PowerPoint desired).
Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional European languages are a plus.
