Your Tasks
- Together with your "Customer Experience" team, you are our direct link to the customer.
- To this end, you look after our tools for recording customer experiences and develop them further.
- You translate customer feedback into recommendations for action and regularly coordinate this with our product and service teams.
- Together, you turn us into "customer understanders" and thus bring us ever closer to our customers.
- You will also contribute to strengthening our customer-centric ING culture with internal trainings, seminars and events.
Your Profile
- Degree in economics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of practical experience in the management of customer feedback and customer satisfaction
- Good knowledge of customer analytics or market research
- Analytical mindset
- The ability to identify customer concerns and derive measures based on data
- Team spirit and communication skills
- Presentation and moderation skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English
