Als Project Manager Construction PV/Solar verantwortest du Solarprojekte ab dem Zeitpunkt, an dem alle administrativen Bedingungen für den Bau geregelt sind bis zur Endabnahme der Anlage und ihrer Übergabe an den Betrieb. Dabei stellst du die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der Projekte (typischerweise 10-40+ Mio. €) in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Budget, Zeit und Qualität sicher.
Deine Tätigkeiten
Koordinieren der Aktivitäten eines multidisziplinären Teams aus den Bereichen Technik, Recht, Beschaffung, Sicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz, usw.Kommunizieren mit den sowie Beratung der verschiedenen Interessengruppen des Projekts und Funktion als zentraler Ansprechpartner während der BauphaseUnterstützen der Entwicklung der Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf und EngineeringTeilnahme an den Vertragsverhandlungen mit den ausgewählten Lieferanten und anschließend Verwalten der VerträgeSteuern und Koordinieren der Arbeiten und aller Schnittstellen auf der Baustelle, einschließlich der Schnittstellen zu den örtlichen Behörden und GrundstückseigentümernVerantwortlich für das monatliche interne ReportingProaktives Vorantreiben und Steuern der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Organisation (z. B. Reduzierung der Lebenszykluskosten, Steigerung der internen Effizienz, Austausch von Best Practices)Dein Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Ingenieur- oder Naturwissenschaften oder in einer vergleichbaren StudienrichtungMehrjährige (typischerweise 5 Jahre) relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement im Bauwesen, idealerweise in der SolarbrancheFließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftAusgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement und Erfahrung als Projektleiter Erfahrung mit MS Office-Tools, einschließlich MS Project durch regelmäßige NutzungAusgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und sicherer Umgang mit Risiken und PrioritätenSehr gute Kommunikations- und VerhandlungsfähigkeitenFlexibilität und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen zu den Baustellen in Deutschland, um den Fortschritt der Projekte sicherzustellen und zusammen mit der Bauleitung vor Ort die nächsten Schritte zu definieren Kenntnisse der deutschen H&S-Vorschriften und Normen sowie der deutschen Bauvorschriften und -normen sind von Vorteil aber nicht vorausgesetzt-
