ROLE: Junior Project Manager (Renewable Energy)

LOCATION: Hamburg (Hybrid) - 3 days per week in office

LANGUAGE: German (C1 minimum) and English


As a Junior Project Manager in Renewable Energy, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team based in Hamburg, supporting various exciting projects in the renewable energy sector.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the coordination and management of multiple renewable energy projects across Europe, working closely with senior project managers.
  • Supporting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction activities, ensuring timely completion.
  • Occasional travel to project sites to assist in technical discussions and provide on-site support.
  • Participating in subcontractor selection, procurement activities, and project documentation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including investors, engineers, and contractors to achieve project milestones.
  • Assisting in the acceptance processes of construction works, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Providing regular updates on project progress and contributing to milestone reporting.


Required Skills:

  • Solid educational background in engineering or related field (Bachelor's degree minimum).
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or construction-related roles.
  • C1 German and above
  • Proficiency in English
