Komm in unser buntes und motiviertes Team und unterstütze uns ab sofort tatkräftig als Project Manager Construction (m/w/d) in unserer Zentrale in der Jürgen-Töpfer-Straße 44 in Hamburg-Othmarschen .

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Die Koordination, Steuerung und Überwachung unserer Kita-Bauprojekte sowie von Umbau- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen fällt in Deinen Verantwortungsbereich

Du führst regelmäßige Kontrollen der Baufortschritte durch und nimmst an Baubesprechungen teil.

Du arbeitest eng zusammen mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern, wie zum Beispiel Architekten, Behörden und ausführenden Unternehmen.

Die Durchführung von Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Terminkontrolle innerhalb der Projekte gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben.

Du sorgst für die Durchsetzung und Einhaltung sowohl behördlicher Vorgaben als auch kinderzimmer-Standards.

Du führst Bauabnahmen durch und nimmst teil an den Abnahmen mit der Behörde

Bei uns steuerst Du die Beseitigung von Abnahmemängel.

Die stetige Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards sowie die Mitgestaltung des Arbeitsumfeldes gehören zu Deinem Arbeitsalltag.

Das wünschen wir uns von Dir

Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes immobilienwirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Projektentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Du bezeichnest Dich selbst als durchsetzungsstark und verfügst über ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.

Begeisterung für innovative und nachhaltige Lösungen, wie zum Beispiel Lean Construction Management, zählen zu Deinen Stärken.

Du überzeugst durch eine selbstständige, äußerst präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Du hast umfassende MS-Office und IOS Kenntnisse, insbesondere einen sichereren Umgang in Excel

Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B
