Position Overview:

They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a background in engineering, particularly within the renewable energy sector, preferably with a focus on wind turbines. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to monitoring and completion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of the wind turbine project in Hamburg, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations to drive project success.
  • Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Communicate project progress, updates, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in renewable energy or wind turbine projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in English required; fluency in German would be a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
