Aufgaben

Sie organisieren und steuern in Eigenverantwortung die ordnungsgemäße Zollabfertigung von Luft- und Seefracht-Sendungen unter Einhaltung rechtlicher und unternehmensintern Vorschriften.

Sie beraten und betreuen unsere Kunden und Kundinnen sowie unsere Geschäftspartner weltweit in allen zolltechnischen Fragen.

Sie übernehmen die ordnungsgemäße Ausfuhranmeldung von Luft- und Seefrachtsendungen.

In Ihrem täglichen Arbeitsalltag beachten Sie stets alle wirtschaftlichen, qualitativen und kundenorientierte Aspekte und stellen diese sicher.

Zusätzlich sind Sie Ansprechpartner für unsere Disposition und Zollstellen.

Sie besitzen idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine gleichwertige kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Speditionserfahrung.

Sie verfügen über eine einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem speditionellen Umfeld und besitzen gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Zoll.

Sie verfügen über gute Englisch- und MS Office-Kenntnisse.

Sie zeichnen sich durch ein zuverlässiges, pflichtbewusstes und verbindliches Auftreten aus.
