About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wüstenrot Specialist to join our team at the W&W-Gruppe. As a Wüstenrot Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to our customers and those of the HypoVereinsbank on their housing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be a self-employed advisor (m/w/d) (in accordance with §84 HGB) and will support our customers and those of the HypoVereinsbank in achieving their housing goals.
  • You will conduct customer meetings in the premises of the HypoVereinsbank or at the customers' homes.
  • You will independently manage a customer base with immense potential and be responsible for its expansion.
  • You will be the specialist (m/w/d) contact person for HypoVereinsbank employees on topics such as building savings, mortgage financing, real estate financing, and tax-advantaged savings.
  • You will support the HypoVereinsbank branches on site and promote cooperation.
  • You will independently identify cross-selling signals and forward them to the HypoVereinsbank advisors.
  • You will coach HypoVereinsbank employees and management, for example, through on-the-job training in sales conversations.
  • You will support bank employees in campaigns and sales actions.

Requirements

  • You have completed a vocational training - ideally as a bank clerk (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial training.
  • You have at least two years of experience in the sales of building savings and/or financing products.
  • You have in-depth knowledge in the areas of building savings and mortgage financing and have ideally experience in planning and implementing sales measures.

  • With your open-minded nature, you succeed in creating a pleasant atmosphere with the employees of the HypoVereinsbank and with affluent customers.
  • You have a flexible, independent working style, set priorities for your tasks, and are organizationally strong.
