Our company is looking for a dedicated working student to join our Maintenance Engineering team, with a special focus on (Internet of Things) IoT data analysis and data visualization.
As a working student, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in joining technology and in the field of IoT while applying your theoretical knowledge from your studies. You will work in a motivated environment and be involved in various projects that will expand your knowledge and skills while immersing yourself in the fascinating world of IoT data.
Our team is responsible for the international maintenance planning "Maintenance Engineering" of production technologies.
The tasks include the standardization and optimization of a large number of different technologies and processes in the areas of body shop, conveyor technology, painting and assembly.
Highly automated and mostly robot-supported production technologies are the focus of activities. Working hand in hand with local maintenance staff at all assembly plants and in production, the main focus is on smooth, efficient and high-quality series production. The department also makes an important contribution at a very early stage before the systems are commissioned.
In close cooperation with the planning areas, technology development and vehicle development, the range of tasks includes ensuring both the maturity of the system technology and product design in line with production requirements. Digital transformation is at the heart of these efforts and offers IT-savvy interested parties the best opportunities to enter the world of next-generation production.

Developing and applying an understanding of IoT data structures and telegrams Learning and familiarizing yourself with visualization tools and software Creating, implementing and maintaining dashboards for real-time monitoring of applications Analyzing and investigating IoT data Responding quickly to requirements in the field of visualization Documenting and reporting on activities carried out - especially with regard to IoT data analysis Performing quality checks for dashboards Performing error analyses in collaboration with the engineers via IoT data Active participation in solving technical challenges and developing and implementing solutions Close cooperation with our international maintenance engineering teamWhat we offer:
Insights into the world of joining technology and maintenance engineering with a focus on IoT Practical experience in the development and maintenance of OpenSearch dashboards that are supplied with IoT data Ability to independently implement projects, especially in the area of IoT data analysis Collaboration with experienced experts in the field of joining technology and IoT Flexible working hours that are compatible with your studies An appropriate salary Qualifikationen Degree in a relevant technical field, e.g. computer science, data science, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering with a focus on Industry 4.0 or a related technical degree program Written and spoken German language skills of at least level **B2** Confident use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Basic knowledge of joining technology is desirable, but not essential Interest in joining processes in automotive engineering Technical understanding and the ability to grasp complex technical relationships Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills - especially in the context of IoT data analysis Experience or interest in data structures and telegrams in the IoT context Perseverance and patience in troubleshooting and debugging dashboards Python programming Basic knowledge of data science Familiarity with Power BI Independent and structured way of working Ability to work in a team and good communication skillsAdditional information:
