Wir suchen derzeit einen:
Senior Sales Manager DACH-Markt

Die in dieser Position sind Sie für den gesamten Vertriebszyklus verantwortlich: proaktive Suche nach potenziellen B2B-Kunden, Lead-Generierung und -Entwicklung, Kundengespräche, Angebotserstellung, Verhandlungen, Vertragsabschluss und Pflege des After-Sales-Kontakts, auch Cross -Selling und Upselling.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:
- Beschaffung von potenziellen Kunden und kontaktieren von Entscheidungsträgern (Agenturen und Direktkunden sowie Markenvertretern)
- Aufbau und Pflege von Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Erreichen der Vertriebsziele
- Durchführung von Kundenbesprechungen 
- Aktualisierung des CRM-Systems mit Informationen zum Gesprächsstatus der Kunden
- Implementierung von Vertriebs-KPIs
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen um eine effiziente Abwicklung zu gewährleisten

Dein Profil:
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Verkauf von Lösungen im Bereich Ad Tech / Programmatic / Ad Networks / DSP / SSP / Big Data / Data Science / Machine Learning
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Verkauf von digitalen Marketinglösungen
- Sie haben Erfahrung und die Fähigkeit, neue Kunden zu gewinnen
- Sie haben die Fähigkeit, Kundengespräche auf Führungs- und C-Ebene zu führen
- Sie sind jemand, der Entscheidungsträger erreicht
- Sie haben die Möglichkeit, mit Kunden, die keine Kenntnisse in diesem Bereich haben, über fortschrittliche IT-Lösungen zu sprechen
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und haben mindestens B2-Englischkenntnisse
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Vertriebs- und Kundenkommunikationsfähigkeiten
