Für unsere offene Position als Team Lead Customer Service (d/m/w) suchen wir dich Starte im Quality Management Team und sei verantwortlich für das Qualitätsmanagement auf operativer und strategischer Ebene unserer Marke Autohero. Als Teilbereich des Customer Service trägst du, zusammen mit deinem Team, zu einem unvergleichlichen Online Autokauf-Erlebnis für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden bei.  


Wir als Autohero , der innovative Online Shop für geprüfte Gebrauchtwagen, sind Teil der AUTO1 Group, Europas führender Plattform für den Automobilhandel. Unsere innovative Plattform ermöglicht es Kunden bequem, sicher und transparent hochwertige Gebrauchtwagen online zu kaufen.

Deine neue Rolle
  • Übernimm die disziplinarische Führung und effiziente Steuerung von bis zu 15 Mitarbeitern in unserem Customer Service Team mit Fokus auf dem Reklamations- und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Wirke unmittelbar an der Gestaltung unseres Kundenservices und operativen Abläufen mit, in dem du bestehende Prozesse analysierst und effiziente Lösungswege aufzeigst 
  • Sorge für eine exzellente Servicequalität durch die gezielte Analyse von Reports und stetige Verbesserung unserer Prozesse 
  • Agiere als kommunikative und teamübergreifende Schnittstelle zwischen den fachlichen Abteilungen, externen Dienstleistern und unseren Kunden 
  • Halte deinem Team den Rücken frei, gehe als Teamleitung mit gutem Beispiel voran und setze Maßstäbe im operativen Tagesgeschäft
Deine Fähigkeiten
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams mit Kundenkontakt oder in einem anderen kommunikativen Bereich mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen  
  • Berufliche Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche ist von Vorteil
  • Eine natürliche Führungspersönlichkeit mit Überzeugungskraft, strategische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Sozialkompetenz zeichnen dich als Teamleiter aus
  • Exzellente organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Stärken
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar etc.)
  • Kommunikationstalent - textsicher, wortgewandt und kontaktstark im Geschäftsumfeld in deutscher und englischer Sprache
