Vielfältige Aufgaben erwarten Ihr Engagement:
Sie werden Teil der topsystem GmbH und damit Teil der EPG. Als Product Manager Hardware (m/w/d) leisten Sie Ihren Beitrag zur digitalen und smarten Logistik von morgen Konkret werden Sie Teil des Product Development-Teams unserer Voice Solutions-Sparte und organisieren damit die gesamten technischen und administrativen Abläufe von LYDIA Voice Hardware-Produkten.
Im Detail setzen sich Ihre Aufgaben wie folgt zusammen:
Sie brennen dafür Produkte zu realisieren, die die Kunden lieben und die gleichzeitig für das Unternehmen funktionieren. Sie übernehmen als Product Owner die Verantwortung für eines oder mehrere unserer LYDIA Voice-Hardwareprodukte (z.B. Mobile Computer, Headsets, o.ä.) Sie sind der:die zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für Ihre Produkte. Sie sind im engen Austausch mit Stakeholdern, anderen Fachabteilungen, Lieferanten, Produzenten und Kunden. Sie treiben Innovationen voran. Dazu entwickeln Sie ein tiefes Kunden- und Marktverständnis, bewerten neue Ideen und setzen diese in den Produkten um. Vom Prototypen bis zum Release.Sie initiieren und definieren umfassende, vollständige Tests zur Qualitätssicherung der Produkte und leiten ggf. notwendige Maßnahmen ein. Sie entwickeln Vorschläge für neue Produkte bzw. für die Verbesserung von vorhandenen Produkten und Prozessen. Sie sind verantwortlich für eine vollständige Produktdokumentation.
Ihr interessantes Profil runden Sie mit folgenden Qualifikationen ab:
Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieur-, Wirtschaftsingenieur- oder Elektrotechnikstudium bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Sie bringen Erfahrungen im Produktmanagement oder alternativ in der Projektleitung mit. Sie haben ein fundiertes Wissen in den Themen Audioverarbeitung, Scannern und Mobilen Geräten. Sie bringen ausgeprägte kommunikative, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln mit. Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Idealerweise konnten Sie schon erste Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit agilen Methoden sammeln. Gerne können sich auch Absolvent:innen/unerfahrene Talente bewerben; eine hohe technische Affinität und Spaß am Produktmanagement setzen wir allerdings voraus.-
