Die topsystem GmbH ist ein Unternehmen der EPG. Mit mehr als 1.500 Kunden zählt die EPG zu den international führenden Anbietern einer umfassenden Supply Chain Execution Suite (EPG ONE) und bietet WMS-, WCS-, WFM-, TMS- und Voice-Lösungen zur Optimierung von Logistikprozessen. Logistik-Consulting, Cloud-Services, Managed Services und Logistik-Schulungen in der eigenen Akademie runden das umfassende Lösungsangebot der EPG ab.
Um auch langfristig in Richtung Erfolg zu gehen, suchen wir an unserem Standort in Aachen, dem Tivoli Innovation Center (TIC), zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n:
IT Product Owner (m/w/d)
Sie werden Teil des Product Development-Teams unserer Voice Solutions-Sparte und werden als IT Product Owner (m/w/d) die digitale und smarte Logistik von morgen mitgestalten Konkret leiten Sie die gesamten technischen und organisatorischen Abläufe von LYDIA Voice Hardware-Produkten.
Im Detail setzen sich Ihre Aufgaben wie folgt zusammen:

Sie brennen dafür Produkte zu realisieren, die unsere Kunden lieben und die gleichzeitig für unser Unternehmen funktionieren.
- Sie übernehmen als Product Owner die Verantwortung für eines oder mehrere unserer LYDIA Voice-Hardwareprodukte. Zum Beispiel für eines unserer mobilen Android Geräte.
- Sie sind der:die zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für Ihre Produkte. Sie sind im engen Austausch mit Entwicklern, Lieferanten, Produzenten und Kunden sowie weiteren Stakeholdern und Fachabteilungen.

Sie treiben Innovationen voran. Dazu entwickeln Sie ein tiefes Kunden- und Marktverständnis, bewerten neue Ideen und setzen diese in den Produkten um. Vom Prototypen bis zum Release.
- Sie initiieren und definieren umfassende, vollständige Tests zur Qualitätssicherung der Produkte. Dazu stehen sie in engem Austausch mit unseren Testern und nutzen unsere eigenen Testräume für Audio-, Netzwerk- und mechanische Tests.
- Sie entwickeln Vorschläge für neue Produkte bzw. für die Verbesserung von vorhandenen Produkten und Prozessen.
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsingenieur-, Ingenieur-, Informatik- oder Elektrotechnikstudium bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen Erfahrungen im Produktmanagement oder alternativ in der Projektleitung mit.
- Sie haben Programmierkenntnisse, oder eine Affinität für das programmieren. Sie schreiben bspw. Ihre eigenen kleinen Scripte um Daten zu analysieren und Tätigkeiten zu automatisieren.
- Sie haben ein fundiertes Wissen in mindestens einem der folgenden Themen: Mobile Android Geräte, Netzwerktechnologien (Bluetooth und Wifi), Audioverarbeitung.
- Sie bringen ausgeprägte kommunikative, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln mit.

Idealerweise konnten Sie schon erste Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit agilen Methoden sammeln.
- Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Gerne können sich auch Absolvent:innen/unerfahrene Talente bewerben; eine hohe technische Affinität und Spaß am Produktmanagement setzen wir allerdings voraus.
