Chief Hardware Security Product Manager

About the Role
As a Chief Hardware Security Product Manager at SIX Payment Services, you will lead our development team in creating innovative solutions for hardware security modules. With a strong background in computer science and expertise in cryptography, you will drive positive change by developing creative solutions that meet customer needs.
Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for clarifying customer needs and certification requirements related to hardware security modules.
- Security advice on hardware architecture and design will be a key part of your role.
- You will define full solutions for customers, including security advice, security architecture, and technical studies.
- You will manage certifications related to Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and coordinate with laboratories.
- Conduct analysis of changes in various security schemes and ensure compliance standards are up to date.
- You will manage the hardware aspects of an HSM and ensure that both the product and its associated certification requirements meet quality standards.
- Release planning and communication to customers is also a critical aspect of this role.
- Sales Support and enablement will be another key responsibility.
- You will also stay up-to-date on future aspects of security like PQC and related topics like PKI or Identity Management.
Requirements
- A specialist in computer science with a related university degree.
- A strong aptitude for analysis, with the ability to find creative solutions.
- An excellent team player with outstanding communication skills and a good command of spoken and written English.
- Awareness of a range of development support tools and quick adaptation to new technologies.
- Very good language skills in English and/or German, French, Dutch.
- Solid background in security (hardware and/or software) and applied cryptography.
- Knowledge on embedded systems and C development is an advantage but not needed.
- Knowledge of testing methodology to discuss solutions with the test team.
- Knowledge in development of low-level software and Linux drivers to understand the full scope of the ADYTON environment.
- Excellent knowledge of the global Cloud-, GP- and Payment-HSM market, technology and competition.
