Hardware Security Specialist and Strategic Product Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardware Security Specialist and Strategic Product Lead to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the technical strategy and product roadmap for our hardware platforms, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and stay ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the technical strategy for our hardware platforms, in close collaboration with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partners and customers to define and develop next-generation security hardware, leveraging market feedback and conducting competitive analysis to inform product direction.
- Drive hardware platform planning aligned with product goals and requirements, ensuring ownership of product positioning and considering operational and production requirements.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Technical and business experience in areas of Hardware Security Modules, embedded systems, and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on customer feedback, research data, and cross-industry trends.
- Ability to plan and manage a portfolio of related features, and deliver initiatives from conception through completion.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and tenacity to develop ideas independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer understanding, cross-group experience, and enthusiasm, with a strong understanding of technical requirements.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal, further languages are a plus.
