Revenue Enablement Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team at ChannelEngine This team drives revenue growth and operational efficiency by aligning and optimising the key functions that impact revenue: sales, partnerships, marketing and customer success. Your goal will be to equip these teams with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to excel in their roles.
What will you do as our Enablement Specialist?
Collaboration is at the heart of our organisation, and you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to get an understanding of their needs, and craft effective solutions. You’ll partner with our Learning Team, designing, delivering, and managing training programmes that help employees and new joiners understand our product, our processes, and our service offering
Your colleagues will be guided in their day-to-day activities thanks to the training materials, playbooks, best practices, and sales and CSM collateral that you create. Our valued partners will benefit as you take charge of partner engagement through our LMS, creating and maintaining materials that cater specifically to them. You’ll also support the Sales Team in managing the sales policy documentation, ensuring compliance, and driving its adoption across the department.
What makes you the ideal Revenue Enablement Specialist?
Bachelor’s degree or similar education in Business, Marketing, or a related field,
4+ years’ experience in a sales enablement role within a SaaS company,
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and customer engagement practices,
Proficiency in creating and managing engaging training materials and programs,
Familiarity with partner engagement strategies and practices,
Experience with CRM systems, LMS, and other relevant tools,
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English,
Currently living in (or close to) Leiden, or Berlin.
Nice to have (but not essential)
E-commerce / marketplace experience,
Experience using Hubspot.
