Für die Branche Manufacturing suchen wir ab sofort einen Industry Director (m/w/d), der die branchenspezifischen Anforderungen, Herausforderungen, Potenziale und Risiken kennt. Als Repräsentant der Branche verknüpfst du deine Branchenexpertise mit den neuesten IT-Trends und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit unserem Team aus Expert:innen und dem Kunden eine IT-Roadmap, mit welcher dieser am Markt flexibel und erfolgreich agieren kann.
Deine Aufgaben im Detail:
- Value Proposition: Abgestimmt auf die Trends in der Manufacturing Branche definierst du Value Propositiones auf Basis unseres Lösungsportfolios und erkennst neue Möglichkeiten, um unseren Kunden einen zusätzlichen Nutzen zu bieten.
- Sales: Mit deinem Knowhow aus der Industrie begeisterst du unsere Kunden, insbesondere das C-Level, mit den neuesten Business- und IT Trends und gestaltest die Sales Strategie mit.
- Zusammenarbeit: Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen der Strategie des Kunden und dem Business Case/Projekt inkl. Sales, Lösungsarchitekten und dem Projektmanagement, um die technische Expertise mit dem Industrie-Knowhow anzureichern und arbeitest darüber hinaus auch mit den Microsoft Account Teams zusammen.
- Strategische Projektziele: Im Rahmen der Diagnose und Analyse erbringst du Beratungsdienstleistungen für den Kunden, analysierst Geschäftsmodelle, Prozesse sowie Anforderungen und leitest daraus nachhaltige Projektziele sowie den Input zur Erstellung der IT-Roadmap und dem Projektmanagementplan ab.
- Delivery: Während des Programms/Projekts hast du die Projektziele im Blick, gibst die Richtung vor und steuerst Änderungen; Qualitätssicherung ist hier deine Priorität.
- Marketing: Um die HSO-Marke zu stärken, erarbeitest du Initiativen mit dem Marketing wie die Organisation von Kundenevents oder die Content-Erstellung industrie-spezifische Whitepaper, eBooks, Success Stories/Referenzen etc. in welchen die aktuellen Industrie-Trends identifiziert sowie deren Auswirkungen beschrieben werden.
Requirements
- Du kennst dich mit Geschäftsmodellen und den wichtigsten Anforderungen von Industrieunternehmen aus. Zudem hast du ein fundiertes Wissen über die Herausforderungen in der Branche sowie die neuesten Trends, wie beispielsweise Smart Manufacturing.
- Dein beruflicher Hintergrund liegt in der Consultingbranche oder aber du hast als interner Prozessmanager bzw. Prozessverantwortlicher gearbeitet.
- Du hast tiefgehende Kenntnisse industrieller Prozesse in einem oder mehrerer der Bereiche diskrete Fertigung, Projektfertigung und Engineering/Automatisierungstechnik
- Deine Erfahrung in der Prozessberatung und der Durchführung von Change-Management-Projekten ergänzen dein Profil.
- Weiterhin bringst du Kompetenzen in der Prozessmodellierung mit gängigen Modellierungswerkzeugen mit.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Implementierung von CRM- und ERP-Projekten.
- Ergebnisorientierung, ein sicheres Auftreten, Eloquenz und sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten (in Deutsch wie Englisch) sowie Erfahrung in der Moderation und Leitung von Workshops zeichnen dich aus.
- Eine gewisse projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft setzen wir voraus.
