Aufgaben
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die disziplinarische Führung des 4-köpfigen Sales Teams
  • Gleichzeitig arbeitest du auch operativ am Ausbau der Kunden in der DACH-Region, während du dein Team stetig erweiterst
  • Umsetzung von neuen Initiativen, wie z.B Go-to-Market-Strategien
  • Regelmäßiges KPI-Tracking und enge Kollaboration mit der Geschäftsführung
Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb von komplexen IT Produkten / Dienstleistungen (z.B. SaaS, Software, IT Dienstleistungen)
  • Idealerweise: Führungserfahrung oder erste Erfahrungen im Onboarden von Mitarbeitern (bspw. SDRs)
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten (z.B zum Auswerten von CRM KPIs)
  • Fließendes Englisch für die interne Kommunikation
