Manager of B2B Sales Operations

Kurschildgen GmbH Hebezeugbau is looking for a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Director (m/f/d) to join our team and enhance our sales initiatives with strategic insight and enthusiasm. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the CEO and be tasked with bolstering our market position, nurturing client relationships, and discovering new business avenues. If you are a results-driven leader with substantial experience in B2B sales and a passion for developing sales teams and methodologies, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance inbound sales efforts by integrating national and international outbound strategies, while also establishing new sales channels in both indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Lead and cultivate the sales team, including the recruitment of new personnel.
  • Refine sales processes to boost efficiency and capacity per team member, while also increasing closure rates.
  • Engage in the quotation and ordering processes for management oversight and representation.
Required Qualifications
  • A completed degree or equivalent commercial/technical training.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales in a leadership or influential capacity.
  • Hands-on experience in E-Commerce sales and adeptness with digital sales tools.
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales personnel.
  • Preferably, familiarity with lifting technology.
  • Strong analytical abilities, assertiveness, and a structured, goal-oriented, and responsible work ethic.
  • Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written.
