Role Overview

As part of the "Quality Control Operations" department, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to the development of innovative products aimed at treating cancer and autoimmune disorders.

  • Lead a dedicated team focused on the quality control of therapeutic products within our clinical sector.
  • Employ a broad spectrum of analytical techniques, including chemical, photometric, protein analytical, and molecular biology methods, to characterize and test cell banks, antibodies, reagents, plasmids, and fluorochromes.
  • Independently organize and coordinate GMP-compliant laboratory processes, facilitating the introduction of new testing methodologies for our growing product range.
  • Conduct thorough product testing under GMP conditions and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Assist in the laboratory expansion and method transfer initiatives.
  • Represent your area of responsibility in internal discussions and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Completed training as a BTA / MTA / Biological Laboratory Assistant or a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences.
  • Significant experience in quality control, medicine/life sciences, or a GMP-regulated environment is required.
  • Previous leadership experience is preferred, along with a passion for motivating a team towards shared objectives.
  • Exhibit an independent, solution-oriented approach, enjoy teamwork, and communicate effectively in diverse situations.
  • Fluency in German and English, along with strong MS-Office skills, is essential.
