Key Responsibilities
  • Broaden and enrich inbound sales efforts with national and international outbound strategies, while also establishing new sales channels in both indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Guide and mentor the sales team, including the recruitment of new talent.
  • Refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and capacity per employee, as well as boost closure rates.
  • Engage in the quotation and ordering processes for management purposes and on behalf of the company.
Required Qualifications
  • A completed degree or equivalent commercial/technical education.
  • Significant experience in B2B sales in a leadership or influential capacity.
  • Hands-on experience in E-Commerce sales and adeptness with digital sales tools.
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales personnel.
  • Preferably, familiarity with the lifting technology sector.
  • Strong analytical abilities, assertiveness, and a structured, goal-oriented, and responsible work ethic.
  • Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written.
