Responsibilities

Establishment, development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships in the DACH region Responsibility for the turnover and material margin of selected customers Achievement of commercial targets (turnover, sales volume, margin) Commercial activities including price, delivery, contract and forecast negotiations Development of a customer account plan (offers, projects, visits, targets) Providing technical application advice to customers in selected market segments Cooperation with the specialist departments to meet customer needs and requirements Solve inquiries, complaints and problems promptly and satisfactorily Continuously monitor contracts and forecast figures in line with targets CRM Pipeline planning of projects incl. targets (turnover, number of visits, potential margins, volume) Management of aftersales activities Identification of new strategic suppliers and products

About you

Studies or training in the field of food technology, nutritional science, ingredients or related areas. + 2 years of technical and commercial experience in the food/ingredients industry Experience with CRM and ERP (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) Native German Advanced English
