As part of the CEO Office team with a very close relationship to the management, you will play a central role in the strategic expansion and proactive development of new business areas and partnerships outside the core portfolio. You will be responsible for various projects, which you will proactively manage and drive forward to market maturity. You will work cross-functionally and act as an interface between the various areas (marketing, sales, IT, finance and laboratory) in the development of new business areas and be available as a sparring partner.
As a central point of contact (B2B & B2C level) for customer concerns, you will be available for inquiries and queries in our broad diagnostic spectrum and act as a coordinator to process these customer concerns in the best possible way.
You ensure proactive maintenance and promotion of the customer relationship with the aim of maximum and sustainable customer satisfaction

Your tasks

Your profile

Completed studies in business administration or natural sciences (e.g. industrial engineering or science, biology, chemistry, biochemistry, etc.) First professional experience in business development, key account management or sales - preferably also in a start-up environment. First points of contact in the laboratory medicine sector are desirable Knowledge of setting up organizational structures and processes as well as sound experience in project management Entrepreneurial thinking and acting Service-oriented appearance paired with clear and confident communication skills and entrepreneurial vision Confident handling of MS Office and ideally CRM systems Independent, structured work with a high degree of organizational skills and a strong hands-on mentality
