We are looking for an Industry Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for the Energy market to join our team 

In the exciting role as an Industry Market Manager, you'll be at the forefront of creating and implementing captivating marketing strategies for the dynamic energy market segment. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll gain valuable insights into customer preferences and market trends, allowing you to craft messaging and positioning our products that truly connects with our target audiences.

Your exceptional expertise in the energy market, marketing, and technical understanding of Industrial Internet of Things and Cyber Security will be vital in driving our success. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing go-to-market plans for new products, ensuring all stakeholders are on board and ready upon launch.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

Drive and support successful product launches in the assigned region and vertical market Develop marketing plans and go-to-market strategies for the energy market Work with Product Managers to ensure that future products meet customer needs and are positioned effectively in the market Conduct market research to identify target audience, customer needs and market trends Develop messaging and value proposition that resonates with target audiences, such as automation engineers, project managers, procurement, and executives Developing and executing marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing Communications to address the target audience needs according to their buyer journey Collaborate with Marketing Communication in order to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement for an improved buyer journey Develop, distribute, and present segment related Marketing content including presentations, videos, articles, tutorials, etc. for the further use by Marketing Communications Work with sales teams to develop sales tools, trainings and enablement materials that align with marketing messaging and enable the sales team to achieve revenue goals Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in in the assigned vertical market and share that knowledge with the broader team Determining the optimal price for the product to maximize revenue and profitability, while considering market competition and customer perception

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience 

Language: Excellent English (written and spoken), any other European languages is a plus

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years work experience At least 5 years of experience as a Product (Marketing) Manager or Market Manager or similar role within the Energy vertical market Proven experience of working in cross-functional teams Independent development of Go-to-Market strategies

Professional Skills

Strong business acumen and good understanding of Industrial Internet of Things and Cyber Security. Good knowledge on networking technology and switches/routers in particular. Strong knowledge in Product Marketing tools & processes Nice to have, good understanding of Industrial Automation market and applications Creative ideas for positioning products in front of the target audience

Interpersonal Skills:

Enthusiastic with a positive charisma Very good collaboration skills Independent working style and high motivation Excellent communication skills written and spoken
