We are seeking a personable, experienced HRBP to join our growing organization within our German Business Unit, CAMCO. CAMCO is a world leader in electronics for the professional sound industry developing amplified controller technology.

We are looking for a proactive communicator and change agent who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions. You will report directly to CAMCO CEO, dotted line to the HR Operations Director. You will be taking care of a perimeter of about 50+ people, spread across 2 locations (additional location to be opened in 2024) throughout different locations and working environments. As part of an international team of HRBP’s, you will be proactive in implementing the Group’s overall HR strategy and promote the evolution and empowerment of all employees in order to increase the overall competitiveness of the company structure.

You think big, take ownership of your actions and always look for new ways to reinvent HR:

Implement good HR and managerial practices within your perimeter. Ensure the proper application of legal and regulatory rules in terms of health, safety and social legislation, by supporting managers in the implementation and communication of actions. Ensure personnel administration and payroll management. Take charge of disciplinary and litigation files. Ensure the maintenance of quality social relations by ensuring the proper functioning of the company, its working conditions and its social climate. Ensure the support and management of the process of annual professional interviews and build the training plan. Create and ensure the updating of standard documents (job descriptions, organization charts, skills matrix, etc.). Ensure the follow-up and HR reporting adapted to the strategic stakes of the company and to the legal requirements of social follow-up.

Skills & Experience

A Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Communication or HR. A Legal background is a plus.​ 5 years of experience minimum as an HRBP or related position in a multinational environment operating in a matrix setting. Ideally, you have some experience with a remote workforce.​ Fluent German and English (or full business proficiency). French language proficiency is not required but definitely a plus.​​ Experience working with an HRIS (ideally Workday, but we are open to any kind of HRIS experience)
