Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Hager Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in advising and supporting our managers in all aspects of talent and performance management, as well as future personnel planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Management
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop solutions to address skill gaps.
  • Performance Management
    • Design and implement performance management processes to drive business results and employee engagement.
    • Work with managers to set goals, provide feedback, and coach employees to achieve high performance.
  • Organizational Development
    • Lead organizational design initiatives to optimize structure, processes, and culture.
    • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive business transformation.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR stakeholders, and employees.
    • Communicate HR strategies and initiatives to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Significant experience in a Senior HR leadership role, preferably in the industrial sector.
    • Experience in project management, project leadership, and HR analysis.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
    • Intercultural competence and flexibility in dealing with changing requirements.
