Key Responsibilities:

  • In the role of Lead HR Strategy Partner, you will provide guidance and support to management on all matters related to talent acquisition and performance enhancement, as well as strategic workforce planning. You will embody leadership qualities, fostering a collaborative environment within your team to effectively engage with the business.
  • At the operational level, you will establish a constructive and engaged partnership with employee representation bodies, negotiating agreements pertinent to the workforce in collaboration with HR services and solutions.
  • Your responsibilities will include cultivating a cohesive relationship with various HR divisions (People Solutions, Centers of Expertise, Talent Development, Employee Relations), ensuring that HR outputs align with realistic business objectives and the implementation of company-wide HR initiatives.
  • During periods of transformation, you will architect the overall strategy in close collaboration with management, ensuring optimal organizational structure, processes, competencies, and behaviors among employees and leaders.

Candidate Profile:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or Business Management.
  • Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership capacity, ideally within the industrial sector.
  • Proven track record in project management and leadership, complemented by expertise in HR analytics.
  • Strong knowledge across various HR domains, with experience in managing performance and talent development processes, as well as organizational growth.
  • Cultural sensitivity, along with adaptability and innovation in response to evolving demands.
  • Exceptional communication abilities in both German and English, with the intercultural insight necessary for effective collaboration across global teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities, coupled with a solid understanding of business dynamics.
