Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Hager Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in advising and supporting our managers in all aspects of talent and performance management, as well as future personnel planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Management
- Develop and implement strategic plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop solutions to address skill gaps.
- Organizational Development
- Design and implement organizational change initiatives to drive business results.
- Work with business leaders to develop and implement effective organizational structures, processes, and systems.
- HR Business Partnering
- Provide HR expertise and support to business leaders to drive business results.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate HR strategies, policies, and programs to business leaders and employees.
Requirements
- Education
- Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience
- Significant experience in a Senior HR leadership role, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Experience in project management and project leadership coupled with HR analysis experience.
- Skills
- Very good knowledge in various HR topics and experience in taking over performance & talent management processes as well as in organizational development.
- Intercultural competence, as well as flexibility and creativity in dealing with changing requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, intercultural experience and awareness required to work across borders and within the global Hager Group.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills as well as Business acumen.
