Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Hager Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in advising and supporting our managers in all aspects of talent and performance management, as well as future personnel planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Management
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop solutions to address skill gaps.
  • Organizational Development
    • Design and implement organizational change initiatives to drive business results.
    • Work with business leaders to develop and implement effective organizational structures, processes, and systems.
  • HR Business Partnering
    • Provide HR expertise and support to business leaders to drive business results.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders.
    • Communicate HR strategies, policies, and programs to business leaders and employees.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Significant experience in a Senior HR leadership role, preferably in the industrial sector.
    • Experience in project management and project leadership coupled with HR analysis experience.
  • Skills
    • Very good knowledge in various HR topics and experience in taking over performance & talent management processes as well as in organizational development.
    • Intercultural competence, as well as flexibility and creativity in dealing with changing requirements.
    • Excellent communication skills in German and English, intercultural experience and awareness required to work across borders and within the global Hager Group.
    • Problem-solving and negotiation skills as well as Business acumen.
