Job Description

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Hager Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, you will play a key role in driving business success through strategic HR initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to advise and support managers in all aspects of talent and performance management, as well as future personnel planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management processes that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement organizational changes that drive business growth and improve employee experience.
  • HR Service Delivery: Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services across the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Significant experience in a Senior HR leadership role, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Language: Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
